Hi, all. This is new for me so bear with me. I tried a new recipe tonight that my oldest daughter gave to me. It was for stuffed peppers. Take 1# ground beef, browned, 1 jar 4-cheese pasta sauce, 1 cup cooked quick brown rice, 1 cup shredded cheese (5-cheese Italian). Mix all togther. Put in peppers. Sprinkle with additional shredded cheese. Bake for 20 min. @ 375. Yummy. I also served lettuce salad, additional rice and sliced tomatoes.
